Don't use che dep-mgmt as parent pom

We are using the following parent pom:
```
        <artifactId>maven-depmgt-pom</artifactId>
        <groupId>org.eclipse.che.depmgt</groupId>
```
This is wrong: our dependencies are based on what we get from jdt.ls and should not be managed by anything in che.
