Workspace for the Laravel sample fails at starting Che-Code editor

Describe the bug

It's no possible to start a workspace for the Laravel sample - it fails at starting Che-Code editor

Che version

7.110@latest

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the dashboard
2. Select Laravel sample
3. Start a workspace

You can see that dashboard can not redirect to the IDE page as Che-Code editor can not start successfully

Expected behavior

Workspace starts successfully for the Laravel sample
