This describes how to set-up and configure Corrosion in Eclipse.

1. Install Rust via rustup.
2. Download rust-analyzer and extract it to a directory of your choice
3. Install Corrosion from the Eclipse Marketplace (if you are not using the special Rust version of Eclipse).
4. Configure Corrosion in Eclipse via Window -> Preferences -> Rust :

• For Rustup and Cargo set the paths to the corresponding binaries in the .cargo/bin directory of the Rus installation (i.e. not in .rustup)
• Set Toolchain to a version you have actually installed (most likely stable).
• Set SYSROOT to the output of rustc --print sysroot.
• Set Language Server to the path of the rust-analyzer executable (e.g. rust-analyzer.exe) from step 2 above.
• If you need to configure the language server, create a new file and set LS configuration to the path of that file. In that file create the configuration in JSON format, as described the the rust-analayzer documentation. For example to use the nightly version of rustfmt use this: {"rustfmt": {"extraArgs": ["+nightly"]}}.
