How to get message type of binary data?

As you can see in above image the message type for proto is proto:pb.People.Person & std string its base:std::string so for binary data how can I specify - ? -. What's exactly message type of - ? - ?
I'm playing with ecal_mon_cli code following is how I'm specifying

std::string topic_type = "-?-";   // I need to know how to specify - ? -
// std::string topic_type = "proto:pb.People.Person";   // If I do this, following works fine

eCAL::Initialize(0, nullptr, "Super_sys", eCAL::Init::All);
eCAL::Process::SetState(proc_sev_healthy, proc_sev_level1, "Running");
ProcFind(topic_type);

if I've std::string topic_type = "proto:pb.People.Person" I get the following output correctly.

display all topics with type proto:pb.People.Person

tname        : person
ttype        : proto:pb.People.Person
direction    : publisher
hname        : minuszero
pid          : 366602
tid          : 26721563484541

tname        : person
ttype        : proto:pb.People.Person
direction    : publisher
hname        : minuszero

Got it. It's just a empty string "" & it'll run.
