eCAL Recorder should always enable zero copy #2383

@KerstinKeller

Description

@KerstinKeller

Context

Recording large amount of data is impacting performance of eCAL Recorder / the whole eCAL System.
The recorder could make use of zero copy when applicable, since the callbacks only copy data to a queue.
This way, the recorder could benefit of better performance, without needing to force the whole ecosystem to zero copy.

Proposal

We need to initialize the recorder with a config that allows zero copy operations.
