Innosetup Installer does not remove old artefacts upon new install

Upon an eCAL installation, previously installed artefacts (e.g. dlls, samples) are not removed. This is problematic as it can lead to unintended side effect.

We should investigate what possibilities Innosetup gives when reinstalling to a previous location.
