org.eclipse.ecf.filetransfer.feature has disappeared

The feature is missing from https://download.eclipse.org/staging/2025-09 repository since July 5th. Is this intentional?

The platform no longer uses the feature and hence no longer provides it:

eclipse-equinox/p2#865

In addition I was hoping/expecting to update ECF's contribution because the following PR has not been merged to produce a build that would facilitate such an update to a newer version

That's stalled because builds are blocked by not having a drop-in replacement URL for using gpg:sign-and-deploy-file:

That might be a permanent limitation because it requires something from the newer Maven Central service that might never be forthcoming.

If I understand your PR correctly, you product appears to be over-specifying its features. Just specifying the necessary p2 feature will install all the necessary ecf bundles and fragments without listing them explicitly.
