Clarifications on database setup

I have set up the database the following way, one database called provider with the default schema public where all the tables are set up.

edc_accesstokendata
edc_asset
edc_contract_agreement
edc_contract_definitions
edc_contract_negotiation
edc_data_plane
edc_data_plane_instance
edc_edr_entry
edc_lease
edc_policy_monitor
edc_policydefinitions
edc_test_entity
edc_transfer_process

But while trying to create an asset, it fails as it tries to query asset db for edc_asset.
Can you help me with the list of dbs and the entities under it , sql files only mention the tables not which database it needs to go under ?

Closing it. Found the solution to the issue by fall backing to default db .
