log details of basic-01-basic-connector is less detailed than in the documentation

Hello,

when I run the basic-01-connector part the log details is less detailed than in the documentation, why ?

That's because the default log level is now INFO

and some entries where removed

Ok, but the original one was more descriptive what parts are initializing, can I change the log level by configuration somehow ?

I think that sample readme should be adapted to the current behavior. @cscsaba242 would you mind to open an issue?
