Split the tutorial into standalone guides

The tutorial is very long and covers a lot of features most people are not interesting in, and also deprecated stuff we don't want to promote.

A more modern and useful approach is to split it into guides, like:

• Introduction
• Dependency Injection
• REST services
• JSON Support
• Packaging

And of course, the classical options:

• Faces
• Enterprise beans
• SOAP Web Services (for reference, since it's not really part of Jakarta EE)

#191 will make this easy.
