Fix EPL equivalence tests

While rewriting the module equivalence tests for #111, I noticed this bit of code in EplAcceptanceTestUtil:

It looks like the EPL tests broke at some point, and we stubbed them out for now instead of fixing them.

@SMadani any thoughts on what might be the issue? Do you recall if these worked in previous Epsilon versions?
