"Apply and Close" button is redundant in Installed Software Properties dialog #1049
Description
The Properties dialog opened from Installed Software → Properties does not allow any modifications, yet it displays both Cancel and Apply and Close buttons which perform the same action. The "Apply and Close" button is redundant and should be disabled or removed to avoid confusion.
