Equinox tests need fixes for JUnit 6 #953

Since we have JUnit 6 and JUnit 5 on the platform update site after eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator#3399, tycho selects higher junit version and that doesn't work with some tests.
Similar to eclipse-pde/eclipse.pde#1998 and eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui#3388.
