[Task] Create menu icon for toggle of Property Filter #272

Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.
The View -> Filter -> Property Filter is a very useful feature for a condensed view of larger models.
Apparently not everyone is aware of this feature since it is hidden in the menu
and does not reveal the intention of "Make my large model smaller" well enough.
Describe the solution you'd like
The idea that might be most intuitive is to add an intention revealing icon in the icon bar between the <> and the hierarchy icon
which will toggle the Property filter on and off. The hover text might be View->Filter->Properties
