Selection Tool Should Account for Route Points to Avoid Connection Distortion

The current selection tool does not appear to consider route points. When multiple nodes are selected and dragged, the connections can look strange — this is especially noticeable when using the Manhattan router.

I cannot reproduce this issue with the default workflow example:

Here everything seems to work as expected.
It seems like you are using a custom router. Maybe this is an issue with your router implementation?
