Getting a relevant information relative to Eclipse documentation in any language
📘 Context & Objective
Eclipse documentation is huge and there are a lot of sources to browse. Each Eclipse release contains more than 150 Mb of help files (see discussion #4 ), but there are also a lot of web site with relevant documentation or question asked (like stack overflow).
The Eclipse documentation can be used either to develop/maintain a RCP application or to contribute to the Eclipse projects organized in a lot of different sites and repositories (github.com/eclipse-plaform, github.com/eclipse-egit, etc...).
This make the learning curve very steep and it can be hard to onboard on such development.
This small projects aims to start a reflexion on how to simplify and help any new contributor or developer to use the platform.
In one word, the goal of this project would be to provide a kind of "numeric mentor", always available and skilled in this domain.
📦 Deliverables

Feasibility and needed resources : what we need to do it ? Local AI ? Specific hosting ? Tock usage ?
