Relationship to https://github.com/eclipse/aspectj.eclipse.jdt.core

This looks like pretty much the same code as https://github.com/eclipse/aspectj.eclipse.jdt.core - what's the difference? If they are the same why have two duplicate repositories on github?

Currently the README looks the same, but could be updated to clarify the differences
