Add a option to set that breakpoint on multi line row will only break once

There is something that is really annoying on all ides
that if you see breakpoint a line that has multiline the debugger can break a couple of time
Can you had a debugger configuration option for the debugger to only break once

I just want to clarify that its not only that I want the debugger to break once on the line
I want the debugger to treat the multi line line as a one line code so that if I step over it (like pressing f6)
It will treat the multi line as one line.
For example like in the pic I sent above if I debug and I am at line 18 when i step over in debug
the next line the debugger will be after pressing f6 will be line 22. it will skip lines 19 20 and 21 since 19,20 should be considered as part of line 18 and line 21 is a blank line so of course the debugger skip it.
