Type Inference and Subtype with Discriminator

the following grammar does not compile

TextType infers DataType:
    name="Text";
BooleanType infers DataType:
    name="Boolean";

RelationShipType infers DataType:
    {infer AbstractRelationShipType} name="RelationShip" x=ID;

DynamicRelationShipType infers DataType:
   {infer AbstractRelationShipType}  name="DynamicRelationShip" x=ID;
 

as it generates

export interface AbstractRelationShipType extends DataType {
    readonly $type: 'AbstractRelationShipType';
    name: 'DynamicRelationShip' | 'RelationShip'
    x: string
}

export interface DataType extends AstNode {
    readonly $type: 'AbstractRelationShipType' | 'DataType';
    name?: 'Boolean' | 'Text' // 'DynamicRelationShip' | 'RelationShip' missing here
}

is this intentional behaviour? bug?
what is the recommended way to introduce subtype of a type that is expressed with disciminator?

pot workaround:

RelationShipTypeUncalled infers DataType:
    name="RelationShip";

DynamicRelationShipTypeUncalled infers DataType:
    name="DynamicRelationShip";
    ```
