Eclipse for C and C++ Windows BUG

All last versions/updates.

This IDE, after start on Windows, permanently does: "Update RPM packages proposal list".
This uses high CPU. And I suppose this is some bug from Linux to Windows (Windows is irrelevant to any RPM?!).

Would you please provide a jstack output to ease analysis?

The Eclipse do not freezing, it works, just this "RPM" process eats permanently from the CPU, without doing anything useful.

How to fix (attention: maybe wrong! I do not know):

1. Go to menu Help>About Eclipse IDE
2. There -> Installation Details (left bottom button)
3. From the list select RPM Tools and the bottom button Uninstall.

This stops the described infinite process, using CPU and doing nothing.
