Custom plugin from pom.xml is not detected by Lifecycle-mapping-metadata.xml file.

I am working on a eclipse plugin project, where I am require to add the nature whenever I detect my custom plugin in pom.xml.
Here is snippet of my pom.xml

		<artifactId>my-custom-plugin</artifactId>
		<version>1.0.5</version>
		<extensions>true</extensions>
		<executions>
			<execution>

					<goal>build</goal>

	</plugin>
</plugins>

I have added this in my Manifest.mf file

Require-Bundle: 
org.eclipse.m2e.core,
org.eclipse.m2e.maven.runtime,
org.eclipse.m2e.jdt,
org.eclipse.m2e.core.ui

This is my updated lifecycle-mapping-metada.xml file

My plugin.xml contains these extensions:

So when I add the plugin and update my maven project, The plugin is not getting detected by the code and I am not able to reach to this class so I can add my custom plugin.

What am I missing or am I doing anything wrong ?
