No more xml source format support ?

I am using m2e 2.8.0.20250224-0720

when open any pom.xml with Maven POM editor, switch to the source tab.

can't format xml code with right click context menu -> source -> format

what happened ?

same here, I don't know why that feature removed from eclipse (since 2025-06).

I have the functionality with latest release (2.9.0.20250514-0352 org.eclipse.m2e.feature)

Which Editor do you use to open the pom.xml file ?
