Keep Alive failure over 90 times

Describe the bug
In my project, Session is inactive becuase keep alive failure, but failed too many times,
Under normal circumstances, failureCount should be 2, Is it blocking when process response or other reason?
Expected behavior
my config is:
keepAliveFailuresAllowed is 2
keepAliveInterval is 5000 ms
keepAliveTimeout is 5000 ms

milo version is v0.6.13.
my project is an client and conect eight server.

Try the last release in the 0.6 series, 0.6.16, and see if that changes anything.

The 0.6 series is no longer supported so bug reports against it will not be acted on.
