No Server Certificate is provided when SecurityPolicy is None

Hello,
In certification Process we have the issue :
"the server does not provide a server certificate in CreateSession when SecurityPolicy#None is used. This can lead to interoperability issues if a client wants to activate the session with a username or X509 certificate! In our tests, this occurred "only" with one client. All others retrieved the server certificate from the endpoint descriptions."

The mentioned client is the Prosys OPCUA Browser.

In SessionManager Line 385 the servercertificate is excludded for Policy None is it easily possible to include it here ?
