As a developer I want to re-enable the auto-formatter

The auto-formatting feature was disabled during the switch from the Eclipse based IDE to LSP. Since LSP supports now auto-formatting (see [here](https://microsoft.github.io/language-server-protocol/specifications/lsp/3.17/specification/#textDocument_formatting)) the existing code should be revisited to be usable again. Also enable all formatting tests.
