Fix license information in setup.py

smartclide-dle/setup.py
and
smartclide-smart-assistant/setup.py
specify AGPL as license.

Please change to EPL or any other eclipse approved license.

It might be good to update the rest of the information, too. The urls, for example, all point to non-existing (or private) repositories.

We are the authors of the files and we can change it without any problem to EPL 2.

In a few days we will make a pull rq with significant changes, we will take advantage of it and update the url addresses to the public repository.
