[manifest-editor] Add a button to remove unused dependencies to the toolbar

Currently removing unused dependencies is quite hidden in the "Dependencies" Tab under "Dependency Analysis" among other things.

I think it deserves to be placed in the toolbar so it is easier to find and use.

@saumyapandey1998 please make sure you have a working IDE setup see https://github.com/eclipse-platform/.github/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#creating-an-eclipse-development-environment and make you familiar with the codebase, then just create a PR with some initial proposal for this.

Multiple of the things in the Dependency Analysis section are useful but adding all of them to the toolbar could make it very croweded.
So maybe we should just expand the section by default to make the tools more visible (and seeing them in the Dependencies section makes IMO sense) or we could also add them at the overview page?

I must confess I never use any of them except the removal of dependencies. If anything is useful we should add it there as well (as the space is mostly unused) and could think about using separators or better icons then to make it clear

FYI:
For my presentation tomorrow at the OC for Tooling session of the OCX Webinar week I plan to create a PR that changes the section to be expanded by default as part of my live demo.
This shouldn't hinder other work suggested for this issue.

Just FYI: From my experience with clients they typically would have a batch option for this clean-up, e.g. doing this manually for 800 plug-ins is to time consuming. AFAIK this is currently not possible (batch checking for unused dependencies). If it is already, please let me know.

You can select multiple projects in the Project Explorer the rightclick > Plugin Tools > Organize manifests

Or use tycho-cleancode:manifest
