I believe this will be resolved by PR #3122. A restart of the all test build is needed. Right now can't able to login into releng.

Now that #3122 is merged, can we trigger a new IBuild or do we wait for some infra fixes?

If you can't login you can't report that you can't login ... so one has to be lucky to still being logged in (for Gitlab) for reporting that.
