I've reported these issues this morning about storage access problems and ECA/login problems:

I doubt this is a bug the Platform can fix but rather a general infrastructure problems. I added cross links back to this issue.

FYI, @laeubi mentioned his inability to login to report a helpdesk issue. These problems appear to be very pervasive...

More interestingly, the status shows no service failures at all, so there seem to be missing a check for ECA/Login.
