Update to JSvg 2.0

JSvg 2.0 is released for moths already - https://github.com/weisJ/jsvg/releases / https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/github/weisj/jsvg/2.0.0/ . It would be nice to update SWT to it.

This was fixed by @HeikoKlare with

• Update JSVG dependency to 2.0.0 eclipse.platform.swt#2597

and

• Add com.github.weisj.jsvg version 2.0.0 to target platform #3391
• Remove com.github.weisj.jsvg version 1.7.2 from target platform #3392
