Eclipse icon is no more shown and a red square is being shown instead.

Describe the bug
I see the eclipse icon is lost and a red square instead is being shown up in the latest build.
I see the same problem in multiple places

1. Top left corner once a workspace is opened
2. Workspace selection dialog
3. Menu => Help -> About Eclipse SDK
4. Once About Eclipse SDK dialog is launched

Build Details ::
Eclipse SDK, Version: 2025-09 (4.37), Build id: I20250720-1800, OS: Windows 11, v.10.0, x86_64 / win32, Java vendor: Oracle Corporation, Java runtime version: 24+36-3646, Java version: 24

To Reproduce
Update to latest eclipse and you can see the issue exists.

Expected behavior
Eclipse icon should show up.

   I saw the issue on java 24

Version since
Broke on I20250720-1800 but works fine on I20250719-1800.

Probably caused by:

• Add SVGs for Eclipse Logo eclipse.platform#2058

Interestingly, the icons are properly shown in a runtime instance.

I guess it's caused by eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform#2058 not having the according SVGs added to the build.properties. I will propose a PR to fit it soon.

May be your guess is correct because these icons show up properly even on Version: 2025-09 (4.37), Build id: I20250719-1800 and issue is seen on Eclipse SDK, Version: 2025-09 (4.37), Build id: I20250720-1800

I see commit ea3f147 associated to #2058 is on I20250720-1800

I have checked on windows on 21st build at all places and it works fine now.
