Back then, Webkit was provided as an alternative browser backend for SWT on Windows. It has not been part of the build for quite some time and the Webkit binaries for Windows are also not available anymore. This cleans up the readme still containing information that refers to Webkit for Windows,. Fixes eclipse-platform#1878
