Sort by type and allow filtering when managing run/debug/.. favorites #2113
Description
If one currently opens the Organize Favorites dialog one gets presented with a large list of items ordered by name regardless of the type:
as shown in the screenshot this becomes completely unusable with any considerable large number of run configurations because the user has to scroll through to find the one of interest (and hopefully did remember the exact name).
On the other hand when one goes to the Debug Configurations dialog the situation is much better:
- Launch configs are sorted by type
- There is a way to filter / search the list
The suggestion is therefore to apply the same to the Organize Favorite Dialog so a user is getting a tree (omitting empty categories) and have a way to filter by a text-box.
