adjust icons according to new rules in style guide

This commit adjusts the icons so they fit the new rules defined in the style guide.

The changes include:
- adjust green tone in all existing icons so it fits dark and light mode of eclipse.
- remake file_obj.svg
- Use new color orange for interaction information
- All key elements should be placed in the top right or bottom right corner of the icon. Before we had a distinction for informational purpose which is confusing and unnecessary.
- Remake write_obj.svg
