Demo not updated to RAP 4.0

Hello,

RAP 4.0 was released in September but the demo at https://rap.eclipsesource.com/demo/release/rapdemo/ is still on RAP 3.29.0. Not sure if this was an oversight or if some automatized script failed to deploy a rebuild.
