Switch json-config to newest json-schema

What

Currently LoLa configuration json is using an old/outdated/draft version of json-schema description. (http://json-schema.org/draft-07/schema).

Update to new/final schema (https://json-schema.org/draft/2020-12 )... and fully exploit possibilities to define optional/default settings then.
