1. Still need to export the README.md @rmaddikery Task: add README #1174
   -- currently there is an issue in syncing repo
2. Inputs for Architecture discussion for logging - @arsibo

• Dependencies to other modules?
  -- query that via bazel: bazel query 'kind("cc_library", deps(//platform/aas/mw/log))'
• Component view? since logging is now part of base libs.

3. RUST API

• Set max. log level via mw::log?
  -- Setting is recommended only via config. file. But this does not seem to work - Set logLevelThresholdConsole in logging.json
  -- Provide an API for compile time setting of the logLevel. - @Saumya-R
