1. Version Log base lib wrapper available from Qorix

   • Variant 2a is available from Qorix
   • this version is API compatible with version 2b
   • a later change is a local technical debt for the logging team
   • Decision: go ahead with version 2a and replace it later with 2b. The benefit for all S-Core components is a working solution.
   • ToDo:
     • Is it possible to contribute to the base-lib repo and develop the needed process artefacts incrementally?
     • What is a good split in design to support 2 repos. Main logging repo and the API?
