Architecture Decision Records: rename to "Decision Record", make it "recommended" takeover template into process_description, @aschemmel-tech to propose a PR with @PhilipPartsch and @FScholPer as reviewers to discuss the "Status" attribute.

Impact Analysis Topic: not covered

@MaximilianSoerenPollak presented the test linkage/reporting prototype as shown in comment below (developed in eclipse-score/docs-as-code#197) - technical solution is using virtual needs to be able to create html ducumentation. What is not possible at the moment is to use the links connected to testcases (point to nowhere). Discussion about storage of test report and test results (which is currently not covered in the prototype), storage is needed but currently not covered in https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/process_areas/verification/guidance/verification_process_toolreqs.html maybe even high numbers of test results (robustness, statistical testing) on the same testcase are needed. @aschemmel-tech and @PhilipPartsch to align on an additional verification process requirement - see next working meeting.

I would like to ask regarding Test linkage. What now is required / wanted. As a very crude prototype is now working, I wanted to nail wanted functionality before I actually implement this better into docs-as-code.
