Proposal for architecture community:
I created a "proposal" for a new folder structure based on the description in https://eclipse-score.github.io/score/main/contribute/general/folder.html#module-folder-structure and what's currently done in baselibs. So bascially this means now we have a "component" kvs_cpp with no src / inc structure. Tests I haven't touched for now but basically also this folder would disappear (at least for unit tests)
