3. Definition open tasks / Tasks
   o Design of eclipse-score.github.io website -> Lars to organize the presentation of different drafts
   o Usage of “score” repository for maintaining the tasks of the “Technical Lead Circle”, Label “technical_lead”
   o Definition of project handbook needed to define how we work together.
   o Exchange format for developers needed, also to be defined in Project Handbook.
