      are dedicated tracing requirements. Getting extended by
      STKH_REQ__120
    • FEO and IPC point to tracing. Each CFT needs to have own adoptions/interfaces to interact with Tracing.
      • Trace libaries with abstraction, so that trace events can be send without bothering on the collection format. This can enable different tools.
      • Tracing in Rust can be a base for abstraction. https://docs.rs/tracing/latest/tracing/
      • IPC requires zerocopy also for Trace
      • For Logging there can be a specific implementation for communication (e.g. network & IPC)

  • initial version of logging feature request #206
  • Assigned working group members as reviewers (some still miss repo access).
  • rmaddikery will transfer the content from comment into the pull request.
  • Run through "Functionality" section of the Feature Request based on @rmaddikery's comment in the issue ticket.
    • Updates in the PR as comments.
  • Everybody can continue to make these kind of suggestions in the PR to improve understanding and wording.
  • Need to finish the CFT understanding for this feature by next meeting latest.
