Motivation

Based on previous projects, I'm estimating that we'll need ~15 person years for infrastructure in SCORE. Depending on exact scope.
That information, however correct, does not allow for any sort of project planning.

People need to know when they can expect what. Not exactly, but at least roughly. We don't want useless project plans that are wrong anyway. At least I don't. But some sort of forecast is needed.

Roadmap

Idea: Topics here are 1 week - 3 months effort. The big ones have sub-issues.
