Design of the Eclipse sensiNact Authorization Model

Hi all,

As the Alpha release of sensiNact approaches, it becomes necessary to enhance the authorization mechanisms on the northbound side.

I've prepared a draft document describing the requirements that were expressed during discussions with @juergen-albert, @gg-dim and @timothyjward, available here: sensiNact.authorization.model.v1.pdf
