Unexpected updates in https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-03/

@merks my builds have started to fail recently due to missing weaving.hook of a certain version. I've investigated and found, that https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-03/ advertises much newer version now:

The version is 1.4.200.v20250127-0602 the qualifier on it is suspiciously new (much later thatnexpected 2019*)

Where did it come from? Is it expected? Is it a late security patch?
My assumption was that releases this old are almost immutable.
I'm confused.

Nevermind, Repository Explorer has frozen today. Eclipse restarts or version switch do not help.

All the same, it is a bit troubling to unpack yesterday's release, check for updates, and actually find something.

There were no updates. I was confused by eclipse-oomph/oomph#165
I accidentaly pasted an URL that had an extra leading space.
