Improve description in the "New Project" creation page

Before : "Enter a name and optionally configure a template and libraries"

After:

• the verb "configure" is inappropriate as the intent is not to configure a template nor librairies, but to add them to the project
• explain more in detail what is a template and what are libraries. Just few words could help a lot to understand their purposes.

Example (to improve):
"Enter a name and optionally initialize the content of your project from a template, with one or more references to existing libraries"
