PlexusTypeRegistry.loadRole() swallows exceptions (even in strict mode)

Similar to the Sisu classpath scanning, also the Plexus legacy component.xml processing should optionally lead to an exception in case the components.xml references an invalid class. Currently the class loading exception is swallowed in
