The referenced background 3D file "bs_141125_small_1/master.ive" for the "Virtual World" scenario is missing in the sumogame v.1.13.0, as are the car models.

Unfortunately we cannot distribute the file due to its license (or at least we could not at the point in time we created the scenario). But maybe it is time to ask again.
