"By Name" button at "Chooser window(GUIDialog_GLObjChooser)" make all items disapper

When I click "by Name" in the Chooser Window, all items disappear.
Then, when I click "Update," the IDs disappear and each item becomes flat.
This issue persists until I close and reopen the Chooser Window.

Details:

1. When I click the Update button, the number of objects and items are updated normally
   1-1. But, all items becomes flat, and ids are invisible
2. When I press a button that displays a flag, such as Select/Deselect, the selected item is flagged normally.
   2-1. Flagged items have the correct height, but their IDs are still invisible.
   2-2. When I unflag them, the height returns to the previous state, with the IDs hidden.
3. After selecting a list item, buttons such as "Track" (in the Vehicle Chooser) functions normally.
   3-1. But, it makes program crashes very rarely. (When Clicking "Track" button in Vehicle Chooser)

Environment:

• SUMO Version: v1_25_0+0663-63e84e2dc1d (Nightly Snapshot at December 22 2025 01:12:43 UTC)
• OS: Windows 11 Pro (Version: 24H2, 26100.3775)

Additionally, I have a further question.
Does the "by name" button in the Chooser is for window sort items by name? Or is it filtering based on the string entered in the input box above the list?
I'm having trouble translating this string because I don't know what its function is.

"by name" is meant to display objects by an optional "speaking" name (e.g. street name). If the object (or the whole category) does not support/supply such values, they are not included in the list generated through the "by name" button. Can you describe better when tracking makes the program crash? Did you wait until the vehicle in question left the simulation to press the "Track" button?

Ah, I understand.
I did not set the 'speaking name', so disappearing is just from my human error.
But as 0:23 at video and problem 1-1 I described, there's still have a little problem that
items becomes flat / id's are invisible / and they are still interactive after clicking update.

So, I'd like to suggest adding the following features:

• Function to disable "By Name" (Like "By Name" -> "By Name/By ID")
• Or when "By Name" is pressed, for vehicles without a speaking name,
  -- Not be included in the list
  -- Or indicating that have a invalid name (e.g., (N/A))

If "By Name" is pressed even once in a situation where there is no "speaking name," and then "Update" is subsequently pressed, the items become flat and remain interactive, which users may perceive as unintended behavior.

And for Program Crash, this occurs very rarely (randomly).

However, it usually appears to occur when the following conditions are met simultaneously in the "Vehicle Chooser":

• It appears to be unrelated to "By Name"
• Interacting with the departed vehicle (e.g., using the Track button)
• Not clicking "Update" after the several steps are executed
• The number of current vehicles is lower than the number at the time of the last update.
• This mostly occurs when the bottom item is selected.

Normally, this behavior does not cause a program crash and is simply interacted with by random vehicles.
Perhaps, exception handling is not work perfectly when interacting with an invalid vehicle as shown in the figure below.
