Security Admin could not work with the vulnerabilities

Description

Have created a user as security admin. When this user is set as security responsible, he is not able to click on the change button and work with the verification of the vulnerabilities.

Hi @Farooq-Fateh-Aftab, I tried to reproduce this issue locally by creating a user with SECURITY_ADMIN group and setting them as Security Responsible on a project. The Change button is working and the vulnerability rating can be updated successfully.
